Water Therapy

A warm water experience designed to support relaxation, connection, and deep restoration.

What is Watsu?

Watsu (Water Shiatsu) is a gentle form of bodywork performed in warm water. Through slow, flowing movements, stretches and supportive holds, the body is cradled and guided into a state of deep relaxation while the mind begins to soften and let go.

Benefits

  • Releases deep physical and emotional tension
  • Calms the nervous system and reduces anxiety
  • Supports healing and body awareness
  • Helps rebuild trust and confidence in water
  • Creates a profound sense of lightness and relaxation
  • Supports deeper rest and can improve sleep
